It looks like our grooming season has come to an end.

We are having our April 11th meeting at Mamacitas. It will be a no-host dinner (buy your own dinner & drinks). Join us for an evening of story sharing and fun. We will also gather ideas for summer activities and get input on what activities and events club members would like to happen next season.

We will need to make reservations for the dinner and request an RSVP from you by April 5th if you are going to attend.

Grooming Report for February 7, 2024

Finally, a grooming report!  Allen & Chris groomed from the Catherine Creek Summit snow park to the Taylor Green warming shelter then to West Eagle campground.  Trail from parking lot has some bare spots for about a mile and a half.  Pretty rough grooming to the warming shelter.  No real new snow up to there.  The trial is in as good as shape as they could make it with the conditions.  From the warming shelter to West Eagle the trail is great.  6"of new snow from Flag Staff to West Eagle.  Snowed all day and was 28°.  The parking lot was bare this morning when they started and was covered in snow when they got back this evening and was still snowing.
 Bring on the snow!!!Thanks guys!

LGSD grooming report for Saturday 01/20/24.  Corey, Johnny & Jill groomed part of Ladd Canyon from the parking lot to Anthony Lakes.  They took care of several drifts and a few downed trees.  It was a long day but at least it was a beautiful day to be on the mountain.

Grooming Report for January 13, 2024

For the first run of the season Corey & family went up Mt Emily and groomed to the towers checking out the snow depth there and making sure everything on the cat works.
-4° at the towers.  About 4 ft of snow and 2.5ft of powder.
